Listowel Market Report | April 2023

The spring market is officially here! As things are warming up there is a shift in the market. I have noticed that the homes 700k and below are moving. Showings from the cities are increasing when the last 6 months or so there was a drop of city buyers. As the average price in homes are increasing in Kitchener-Waterloo and other cities the city buyers are starting to look outward for a more afforable homes. The interest rates are holding steady now and it appears that the housing prices have bottomed out ... for now! It will be interesting to see what the next few months will bring.
