Listowel Market Report | March 2023

The Spring Market is on the way! With over 20 Homes sold in March the buyers are starting to come out of hibernation. I imagine in the next few months we will see lots of new homes coming to market as many sellers held back in their sales last year due to the dramatic drops and increasing interest rates. With the increase in sellers and prices hopefully coming into a more stable range this will also mean more buyers will come back to the market. The current market will mean that you can still put offers on the homes with financing, inspection and even Sale of Buyers home conditions!
